Montier ("we", "us") operates montierguide.com and the Monti concierge service. We help you discover restaurants and facilitate bookings on your behalf. That's it.
Monti facilitates restaurant bookings by searching availability and connecting you with venues through their booking platforms (Resy, OpenTable, SevenRooms, venue websites, or direct contact).
Important: All bookings are between you and the restaurant. Montier facilitates the connection — we are not a party to the booking contract. Cancellation policies, charges, prepayments, and no-show fees are set and enforced by the venue or their booking platform, not by us.
Some bookings require prepayment, a deposit, or a credit card hold as set by the venue. When this applies, you can complete payment securely through montierguide.com using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card entry. All payment processing is handled by Stripe — Montier does not store your card details.
Concierge Fee: Montier charges a concierge service fee on bookings that require payment processing. This fee is clearly displayed as a separate line item before you confirm payment. The concierge fee covers the cost of our booking facilitation service and is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Venue charges (prepayments, deposits, cancellation fees) are set entirely by the restaurant — not by Montier. Refunds of venue charges are subject to the restaurant's cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel a booking that involved payment:
Montier operates a concierge booking service. We reserve the right to modify our fees, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Fee changes will not affect bookings already confirmed. We do our best to provide accurate restaurant information but make no guarantees about completeness or accuracy.

When you interact with Monti, we may store conversation history and preferences to improve your experience. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
